Last week, members of the Hawkins Point Partners leadership team attended the 12th annual MIT Sloan CIO Symposium, Inventing Your Future: Accelerating Success Through Technology. One of the primary themes throughout the various panels was how todays technology teams can improve “the customers experience.” Much of this will come from analytics and is driven by new models of thinking and superb collaboration across the organization. Inventing the future, however, will continue to rely on our global ability to educate and deliver talent that understand not only the theoretical but practical insights into the business.
