Client was executing against their commercialization roadmap, with plans to implement ERP, LIMS, Safety DB, HRIS, CRM, and EDMS for Clin/Reg/QA. Client recognized the challenge of managing multiple software vendors and system integrators and needed a common approach to governing the program.
Hawkins Point leveraged our Software Deployment, Program Governance, and Project Management frameworks, including assets and accelerators to establish governance and execute a successful implementation for each platform. We instituted standardized governance procedures to ensure that planning, implementation approach, quality assurance, and progress reporting were executed and delivered in a uniform manner. This enabled reliable reporting and predictable results. We directed the implementation of all software platforms, and performed all vendor management actions for software companies and system integrators. For post implementation support we implemented an effective Hypercare program to support adoption of all business stakeholders.
